7 easy steps to meditate
1. Sit comfortably.
2. Keep your spine straight.
3. Place your hands on your lap.
4. Start the guided meditation below.
5. Take slow, deep breaths.
6. When your mind wanders,
gently bring your attention back to the breath.
7. Repeat steps 5 & 6.
Be kind to yourself if your mind wanders
